Privacy notice
Last updated 1 October 2026. Template placeholder: have this reviewed for your business before launch.
Wrenmoor Home Care Ltd, registered in England, company 00000000 ("we") provides home care in and around Chester. This notice explains what personal information we hold, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you choose to tell us about the person who needs care. When we provide care: the care plan, visit notes, medication records, health information needed to care safely, and contact details for family members and the GP.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, assess and deliver care, keep people safe, meet our legal duties as a registered care provider, and invoice for the care we provide. Health information is used only by the staff who need it to care for the person.
Who we share it with
Only with people involved in care (for example a GP, pharmacist or the local council, with consent or where the law requires it), with the [care regulator] when it inspects us, and with the suppliers who host our care-planning and invoicing systems under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to care are deleted after 12 months. Care records are kept for the period the law requires after care ends, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] or to our office. You may also complain to the data protection regulator.
